Publishee's Clearing House List 14.1
(aka the day after the “Big Bang”)

Longer days and shorter finances, conjoined, always inspire me to issue lists. I've had timorous people ask if they can successfully transplant things in summer and I reply that in fact they can transplant every day of the year: if it's hot, just put the newbies where the sun never shines. Besides, what people call summer isn't true summer, it's pre-fall. Physiologically, summer peaks in late June. Just two weeks after the solstice, many conophytums are already cracking out. If it turns 103 again many of them may wish them could retreat into their cooling shells, but they'll have to wait for pre-summer to do that.

If ordering were any simpler it'd require extra-mutual telepathy: email me your wishes; I'll respond with a total; you send a check or M.O.; I'll ship ASAP. P varies from two days to three weeks, mostly as a function of the length of the Queue. Ten days is average according to Prunella, my secretary/keeper. Even when Pruney helps with the packing we can only process three or four orders a day.

Finitudes: items marked with *, **, or *** are in limited stock. No one may want them anyway but in case they actually sell, I'll need to limit the sales to one, two, or three per customer.
